FCG Announces First Maxamine Site Optimization Summit on March 8
Washington, DC—Treasury’s Federal Consulting Group and its partner, Maximine, will convene the first ever Website Optimization Summit on March 8 from 1 – 3:30 p.m. to demonstrate the benefits of architectural mapping on federal websites.
The summit will be held at 801 9th Street NW in the 2nd Floor Conference Room A. (Metro directions below). FCG has planned the event for current and potential subscribers to Maxamine’s Knowledge Platform software.
“Federal web managers and decision makers want to be in control of their agency websites. The more they know about a site’s strengths and weaknesses through web analytics, the more they can do to improve its quality and increase customer satisfaction,” said Ron Oberbillig, FCG’s Chief Operating Officer.
The agenda on March 8 includes “Search—How to Improve Your Site’s IQ (Indexability Quotient)” and “Maxamine’s Traffic Module—A Cost Effective Alternative to Stand Alone Log File Analyzers.”
Maxamine’s software has more than 100 reporting options, including site design, heavy pages, link quality, site defects, use and placement of logos, security, privacy, and Section 508 compliance. It is one of the most comprehensive products to manage website quality on the market today.
Participants must register in advance with Brendan Jinnohara at Brendan.jinnohara@bpd.treas.gov or (202) 504-3649 and bring an official ID with a picture. We provide the names of registrants in advance to the security desk at the entrance.
