Author Larry Tracy Will Conduct a Workshop on Persuasive Presentations on December 9
Larry Tracy, author of “A Shortcut to Persuasive Presentations,” will conduct a workshop co-sponsored by Treasury’s Federal Consulting Group on December 9.
The workshop, co-sponsored by the Federal Communicators Network, is free to FCG clients, FCN members, and other federal employees and their guests, including contractors who work with federal employees.
The workshop will be held from 9 a.m. - noon in the Office of Thrift Supervision amphitheater, 1700 G St., NW, Washington, DC (Directions below). Coffee and pastries will be served at 8:30 a.m.
No less an authority on communication skills than President Ronald Reagan described Tracy as "an extraordinarily effective speaker" as a result of his successful efforts in explaining, defending and debating controversial foreign policy issues before some of the toughest audiences in the country.
A retired Army colonel, Tracy has appeared on numerous national television programs, including Crossfire, Nightline, CNN Worldnews, and The MacNeil/Lehrer Newshour.
