ACSI Web Survey User Group Meets December 15, 2005
Larry Freed, President, ForeSee Results, Ann Arbor, MI, will give an update on the fourth quarter ACSI E-Government Satisfaction Index results at a meeting of the ACSI (American Customer Satisfaction Index) Web Survey User Group on December 15.
The ACSI User Group, sponsored by Treasury’s Federal Consulting Group, will meet from 9:30 a.m. – noon in the Amphitheater at 1700 G St. NW, Washington, DC. Ron Oberbillig, FCG Chief Operating Officer, will host the meeting.
The Interagency Customer Service Forum, also sponsored by the Federal Consulting Group, will meet at 1 p.m. on the same day in the same location.
FCG will provide details on both meetings in later notices.
Both meetings are open to any federal employee or federally-sponsored contractor interested in the ACSI or improving customer service.
Directions
We recommend Metro. The nearest Metro stops are Farragut West (17th St. exit) and Farragut North (K St. exit). From either stop, walk south on 17th St. NW to the corner of 17th and G Sts, NW. You will see the Office of Thrift Savings building. You must sign in at the Security Desk.
