The Federal Consulting Group is the gateway to the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) in the federal government. FCG offers these services using ACSI.
How Can ACSI Benefit You and Your Agency?
As federal executives and managers, you can use ACSI results to report customer satisfaction performance to the Administration and Congress as required by the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) of 1993. You can also use the ACSI results for internal strategic planning, performance improvement strategies, further analysis of customer needs, and—in a day when federal budgets are getting tighter and tighter—justification of budget requests. We urge you to communicate ACSI data and improvement strategies to employees, customers, and stakeholders.
